There was a moment—not too long ago—when I felt completely untethered.
Postpartum had cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect. I was exhausted, raw, and utterly unsure of who I was beyond diapers and survival mode. I’d lost that little flicker of myself I used to feel so clearly. And worse, I wasn’t even sure how to begin finding her again.
